Have a look at the last paragraph for my conclusion on this.

To put that in perspective, I have been supporting ACT! since 1987 and supporting on-line since Symantec first created the on-line forums on Compuserve... this is the first time I have really spoken out in this fashion about a product bearing the "ACT!" name.GLComputinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00290251279778823378noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2599326340835692920.post-42300740177137479712010-06-22T05:51:01.809+10:002010-06-22T05:51:01.809+10:00Danny,

I use a BES also

I created a specific test database in ACT! as well as specific contacts on the phone, then set up sync.

Then I tested dialling, dates, other operations

After that I made specific changes at each end and sync'd ... with this repeated several times.GLComputinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00290251279778823378noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2599326340835692920.post-20272933418122066762010-06-22T04:57:35.112+10:002010-06-22T04:57:35.112+10:00Mike,

So you have done us a big favour as well as ACT! users in general.
Even if there is some disagreement from users of various products, you've moved us a lot further along in the discussion and given us a solid set of information with which to be more proactive with clients.
Grazie mille di cuore
IreneIrenehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16585090769190841501noreply@blogger.com
